Ball State lands its 13th commitment for the 2017 recruiting class.

While MAC Media Day being in full swing, Ball State's coaching staff was busy securing yet another verbal commitment.

As always, here is the news of the commitment:

Hassan Littles chose the Cardinals over reported offers from Austin Peay, Eastern Carolina, Fresno State, Jacksonville State, Kent State, Miami, NC State, and Toledo.

Littles hails from Stone Mountain, Georgia where he attends Stephenson high school. Littles plays both wide receiver and defensive back in high school. It is unclear which position he will play at the next level but is rather shifty out of the slot on offense.

While Littles is a playmaker when he has the ball in his hands he could make an immediate impact on special teams. Littles plays special teams in high school, not as a return man but as a "gunner" using his speed to quickly tackle the opposing return man. Not many players are exposed to special teams until they get to college so Littles will have a leg up once he arrives on campus.
