Bad news out of Kalamazoo, Mich.. It appears that Western Michigan (0-6, 0-2 MAC) starting quarterback Tyler Van Tubbergen is a no go for today's game against Buffalo (3-2, 1-0 MAC).

This is a huge blow for the Broncos, who are still searching for their first win on the season. Redshirt freshman Zach Terrell is getting the start. So far this year, in limited action, Terrell has thrown for a pair of scores and 325 yards, while also tossing three interceptions
Van Tubbergen has struggled this season—he's completed 45 percent of his passes, for 906 yards, four touchdowns and 10 interceptions—so a change at quarterback might not be the worst thing for this WMU offense, but with how Buffalo has been playing lately, the Broncos can use every break they can get today.
