EMU finally managed one drive that resulted in the Eagles' lone scoring play of the half. a 25 yard field goal late in the first quarter.

The second quarter has been all Northern Illinois with Lynch catching a touchdown pass and throwing for another, NIU tacked on a field goal late in the half after Tommylee Lewis caught a long pass with seconds left to put the Huskies in position for yet another score.

The Huskies have completely dominated the Eagles at the half as the 38-3 score demonstrates.
