Toledo 28 - Bowling Green 25

Ah yes, the Battle of I-75. Bowling Green came back from a 14-point deficit with 18 unanswered points until the final minutes of the ball game when Terrance Owens had his third TD strike. David Fluellen left the game early with an ankle injury.

#18 Northern Illinois 59 - Eastern Michigan 20

This was the "we're going to lose anyway, so everybody's going to get equal playing time" game for Eastern Michigan. And what's up with quarterbacks like Jordan Lynch getting receiving touchdowns, anyway? Is that even fair?

Ohio 41 - Miami 16

Oh look, Beau Blankenship rushed for over 100 yards for the first time since the Independence Bowl.

Ball State 42 - Akron 24

To answer the question to my tweet that I had on Saturday, this was the fourth time Wenning had at least 3 TD passes in a game this season 14th time in his collegiate career.

Western Michigan 31 - UMass 30

Buffalo 41 - Kent State 21

Branden Oliver led the way with four touchdown rushes for the Bulls to make them bowl eligible. The last bowl game Buffalo went to: the 2008 International Bowl.
