We are now in the second week of midweek MACtion!
Kyle Pohl and his Akron Zips are going to Buffalo needing a win in order to still have a shot at bowl eligibility. The Zips lost a tough 27-10 game to Bowling Green at home last Tuesday. The Buffalo Bulls lost by 23 points at Ohio last week and they fired their head coach a few weeks ago, so a win wouldn't hurt. This game is on ESPNU.

The Northern Illinois Huskies beat Ball State last week in the Battle for the Bronze Stalk. They are hosting the Toledo Rockets, who are undefeated in MAC play right now. The Rockets won by a final of 30-20 at Kent State last week, but their quarterback Logan Woodside went down with an injury. Right now he is a game-time decision. This game is on ESPN2.
