Hope you didn't fill up on appetizers last night, because the main entrees tonight are sure to be a doozy.
In a pair of East-West match-ups, the East Divisional crown can be won tonight with a Bowling Green win over Western Michigan or a Buffalo loss to Northern Illinois. Both games will be played concurrently, so neither team will know if they have to let off the gas (though, only Bowling Green would really have the wiggle room to).
In Buffalo, the Bulls are 5-4 (3-2 in MAC play) and are fighting for the bowl and East Division lives. They have to win out and hope BG loses out to make the MAC Championship, and that starts with a home win over the Huskies (6-3, 4-1). NIU will be starting Ryan Graham, who replaces the injured Drew Hare under center after Hare ruptured his Achilles against Toledo.
Over in Kalamazoo, the Falcons (7-2, 5-0) can clinch their ticket to Detroit with a win. However, it won't be easy as they face a ferocious Western Michigan team that has blasted everyone in their path en route to a 5-0 record in the MAC so far. The Broncos still control their own destiny, and would even with a loss. That said, it's Senior Night at Waldo Stadium, and this group of upperclassmen want to go out with a bang.
