MAC West Implications

If Toledo wins - They win the MAC West with a 7-1 record over NIU (6-2), CMU (6-2, should they beat a bad EMU team), and WMU (5-3).  It would be their first trip to Detroit since the Championship game was moved to Ford Field back in 2004

If WMU wins - The MAC West finishes with as many as four co-champions.  However, to determine who goes to Detroit, it goes to tie-breakers.  NIU wins those by being 2-1 against the fellow champions (as well as WMU), and holding the head-to-head win over the Broncos.  It would be their 6th straight trip to Detroit.
