UCF hires Buffalo AD Danny White to same positiom
UCF has hired Buffalo's Danny White as its new AD, according to a person with knowledge of the situation. Son of Duke's Kevin White.

In a somewhat surprising move, UCF hired Buffalo AD Danny White to the same position earlier today. White will be replacing outgoing AD/football coach George O'Leary. White has some work to do, as UCF is a woeful program in the American Athletic conference at the current. White oversaw Buffalo make the NCAA Tournament in basketball last season and the Buffalo Bulls have been solid bowl contenders under his watch as well, with Khalil Mack a top 5 draft pick in 2014. UB men's soccer and softball have also experiences success under White's watch.
BREAKING: ESPN and the Mid-American Conference Agree to New 13-year Contract
A historic deal, having been hinted at by the Mid-American Conference, has been confirmed by a number of sources, including Brett McMurphy of ESPN. The deal gives ESPN all television distribution rights through 2026-2027, and reworks the last three years of the current contract, which pays $1 million per year. ESPN will pick up football, men's and women's basketball, and certain Olympic sports as part of the new deal. Financial details are still being sorted out, and will be reported on later.
