One of the most fun women's teams in the MAC lived up to the billing, even if they couldn't keep up with a Big Ten team as they played their second game in Illinois in three days. The Wildcats shot an insane 69 percent in the second half, making it near impossible for CMU to catch up.

Jessica Green hit a career high with 25 points, eight rebounds and six steals. Taylor Johnson added 17 points and Crystal Bradford posted a double-double: 12 points, 10 rebounds, five assists, three steals. The Chippewas fell to 1-1 and will next play at Green Bay on Saturday.
