The 2015 recruiting class for NIU got a little weaker tonight with the de-commitment of 2-star safety Herbert Miller.
Miller currently attends Miramar High School in Hollywood, Florida. One of his teammates is currently committed to NIU, DB Jeff Hill Jr.
Herbert committed to NIU over the summer, however he had a change of heart recently and decided to play at the nearby Florida Atlantic. Miller announced the decision tonight on his Twitter page.

Miller chose FAU over reported offers from Cincinnati, Georgia State, Mississippi State, and Northern Illinois.
With the de-commitment of Miller, NIU now has 20 verbal commitments for the class of 2015. Look for Rod Carey and his staff to look to add another defensive back before signing day. The Huskies are still in the running for 3-star DB Adonis Williamson as he listed them among his top 3 schools during the summer.
