The Northern Illinois Huskies look to finish a tough non-conference schedule undefeated when they journey to the Arkansas Razorbacks on Saturday night. The Huskies have won seventeen straight regular season games on the road and 26 straight regular season contests overall. This season, NIU has racked up wins on Presbyterian, Northwestern and UNLV. Arkansas, in the second season under coach Bret Bielema, has won two straight, including an impressive win at Texas Tech last week.
These two have met once before, a 30-27 win for the Razorbacks back in 1994. NIU is 1-9 all-time against the SEC, the only win coming in 2003 when the Huskies won at Alabama. NIU last played an SEC team in 2008, a 13-9 loss at Tennessee.
