Earlier this week 2015 Firestone (Akron, Ohio) lineman Bryce Harris told us he was strongly considering several MAC schools, including Toledo. Friday night, after attending a camp at the Rockets' indoor practice facility, Harris orally committed to Toledo.
As we noted before, Harris is a strong lineman, who currently plays both ways. he can bench more than 400 pounds, and while currently unranked by anyone, has solid upside and screams "sleeper prospect".
He chose Toledo over offers from Akron, Bowling Green, Buffalo, EMU, Kent St, Western Michigan and UTEP, and was receiving interest from a few Power 5 schools, including Syracuse.
